Please let me know which colours is this. And also its genotype details.
1) Cock, Is it Ashred? Would this contain any other colors behind this?

2)Pair, What colors are they?

Yes, the first is Ash Red. I cannot tell you any more than that without knowing the birds history unfortunately.

The pair appear to be blacks (genetically "spread").

Can I get red bar chicks from this cock? What I have is a blue bar hen and a blue spread hen.

It depends on if he carries the bar pattern. Were either of his parents bar pattern?

Im not sure of the cock. Only thing Im sure of is the hen having bar pattern.

If the ash red pigeon had a bar pattern parent, either gender, then yes, he will produce some red bar when paired to a blue bar.
