LoftVelo and TossMate

LoftVelo and TossMate ("the apps") are Android applications developed by Adam Archer and distributed via the Google Play Store.

Your privacy is important. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected, how it is used, and your choices regarding that information.

1. Information Collection and Use

1.1 Developer Data Collection

The developer does not collect, store, or process any personal user data.

The apps:

• Do not require user accounts
• Do not collect names, email addresses, or contact information
• Do not transmit training, location, or analytics data to the developer
• Do not use proprietary analytics or tracking systems

All data entered into the apps (such as toss details, distances, or training logs) is stored locally on your device only, unless you explicitly export or back it up yourself.

2. Advertising (Google AdMob)

Both apps use Google AdMob, a third-party advertising service provided by Google Inc.

AdMob may collect and process certain information automatically, including but not limited to:

• Device information (such as device identifiers)
• Approximate location
• Ad interaction data
• IP address
• Diagnostic and performance data

This data is collected directly by Google, not by the developer, and is governed by Google’s own privacy policies.

3. Data Sharing

The developer:

• Does not sell, rent, or share user data
• Does not receive personal data from Google AdMob
• Does not share data with third parties

Any data collected by Google AdMob is handled independently by Google.

4. Children’s Privacy

LoftVelo and TossMate are not directed at children under the age of 13.

The developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data through third-party services used by the apps, please contact Google directly.

5. User Control and Choices

You can:

• Disable or limit ad personalization through your Google account settings
• Reset or restrict your device advertising ID
• Uninstall the apps at any time to remove all locally stored data

6. Data Security

Since the developer does not collect or transmit user data, there is no central storage of personal information.

All locally stored data remains on your device and is subject to your device’s own security protections.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the effective date at the top of this page.
