Is this a dunn ? It has about 5 white feathers on its wings

Looks more like a dirty blue bar to me. Possibly a poor colour spread. Definitely not dunn.

Ok thanks allot man , and it was passed on to its baby , the exact color with white splashes on its head. I’ve just got it from someone , its very beautiful in the sun.
