it says mosaic on the pedigree ? what will it breed crossed to a t check blue ?

That image is really hard to see on my screen. "Mosaic" in the context of racing pigeons is usually recessive opal, occasionally indigo. Yours looks a little like rubella, but like I said - it's very hard for me to see unfortunately. A better pic would help 👍

I don't have experience with it (there are none to play with in Australia!) But to me this really does look like Rubella. Maybe someone else can chime in?

It's rec opal, the fish scale like feathers on the rump are tipical to rec opals.

thank you guys i guess i cant breed another then unless i have another carrier but all his young will carry it am i right cocks and hens ?

Recessive opal is autosomal, all his children of both sexes will be carriers.
