I'm never willing to say anything is "confirmed" with pigeons, they're always surprising us, but yes it is likely. Pair it with a recessive red to test it?

Actually, that's true they always have surprises. She has a squab right now, I have paired her to a blue spread. If ever the mother is really an ember I hope to get a spread ember. If I pair it with a recessive red what color am I expecting the squabs to be?

You'll only get ember spreads if the partner she is with now carries ember or recessive red. If you pair to a recessive red you expect embers, remember ember and recessive red are alleles.
