I have a heterozygous spread carrying recessive opal. When I breed it back to a homozygous recessive opal, what percentage chance to get spread recessive opal?

It's hard to give a percentage because spread and recessive opal are genetically linked. It's actually a project I've been working on for a few years now and still haven't had a crossover happen.

Some breeders have found you can have slightly more success if it is the cock who is heterozygous for both than the hen.
