ImageI have a small flock of piegons my mother gifted me a few years ago. They are a variety of colours and mutations but I don't know anything about them. I have over 10 species of birds at my home. But I don't know alot about piegons. We have them in an avairy which they can come and go as they like. They know about predatory birds to an extent and a band of peewees living near us protect them often from hawks. They are very lovely to watch fly and see their relationships between the flock. We have a couple birds that tumble through the sky in an acrobatic display almost & have recently taught their mate to do the same. I'd like to know firstly about my baby's mutation. I don't know anything about telling the gender. But we will call him a he, he is the son of a grey racer type "i think" and a black and white crested one. I can post photos once I figure out how to

That is the reason we come here - to learn from each other, and to seek the opinions of the learned ;-) :-D
